Rückgabebedingungen

Ungetragen und unbenutzt : Wir bitten darum, dass alle zurückgegebenen Uhren ungetragen, unbenutzt und unverändert bleiben (bitte keine Gravuren).

Originalverpackung : Bitte senden Sie Ihre Uhr in der Originalverpackung mit allen angebrachten Etiketten zurück.

Keine Beschädigungen : Wir können nur unbeschädigte Uhren annehmen, die keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.

Metallarmbänder : Bei Uhren mit Metallarmbändern achten Sie bitte darauf, dass Armband und Verschluss unverändert bleiben und keine Glieder entfernt werden. Beachten Sie, dass für Schäden oder Änderungen eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von 60 US-Dollar.

Leder- und Kautschukbänder : Leder- oder Kautschukbänder sollten unbenutzt sein. Bei Beschädigungen oder Modifikationen fällt eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von 60 US-Dollar .

Wenn Sie Ihre Uhr als Geschenk erhalten haben, können wir leider keinen Umtausch oder keine Rückerstattung für diese Artikel akzeptieren. Der ursprüngliche Käufer muss sich um alle Rückgabe- oder Rückerstattungsanfragen kümmern.

Wenn Sie eine Rücksendung vornehmen müssen, wenden Sie sich einfach per E-Mail an unser Kundensupport-Team unter support@rgmt.co . Wir melden uns innerhalb 2 Werktage mit allen Details, die Sie für die Rücksendung Ihrer Uhr benötigen. Sie erhalten von uns eine Rücksendenummer, die Sie Ihrer Sendung beifügen müssen.
Bitte beachten Sie : Wenn Sie Ihre Uhr ohne diese Autorisierungsnummer zurücksenden, können wir Ihre Rücksendung nicht bearbeiten.
Versandverantwortung
Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Artikel, die während der Rücksendung verloren gehen, und übernehmen die Rücksendekosten nur, wenn Sie ein falsches oder defektes Produkt erhalten. Bitte senden Sie alle Rücksendungen an unser Lager in Hongkong .

If you aren't happy with your watch, here is how to return it simply and quickly:
RULES FOR RETURNS
- 30-Day Limit: You must ask for a return within 30 days of receiving your watch.
- Unworn & Original: The watch must be unused, undamaged, and have all its original tags and packaging.
- Clearance Items: All sales of clearance items are final. These items cannot be returned or replaced.
- No Labels on Boxes: Do not stick shipping labels directly onto the watch box.
- Strap Condition:
- Metal Straps: Do not remove any links or resize the bracelet.
- Leather Straps: Do not wear the watch; there should be no creases in the leather.
- Note: If the strap is modified or creased, a US$60 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Gifts: Only the person who originally bought the watch can request a return or refund. We cannot accept returns from gift recipients.
HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

- Wait for Us: We will reply within 2 business days.
- Get Your Number: We will give you a Return Authorization Number. You must include this in your package, or we cannot process your refund.
EU CUSTOMERS : YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (For EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, for any reason and without giving an explanation. This is in addition to our general return rules above.
How to Cancel
You can withdraw from your purchase using the withdrawal button on our website, or by sending us a clear statement of your decision (for example, by email) before the 14-day period ends. You don't need to give a reason. Once we receive your request, we'll send you confirmation by email.
Sending the Watch Back
After telling us you wish to cancel, please return the watch to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the watch until it reaches us. You're welcome to try on the watch and check that it works, as you would when buying in a store. However, if the watch is returned showing signs of use beyond this — for example scratches, wear to the case or strap, or missing components such as removed links — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Your Refund
We will refund the full price you paid for the watch within 14 days of receiving it back (or, if earlier, once you provide proof that you've sent it). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Because our standard shipping is free, there is no delivery charge to refund. Please note that any import duties or taxes charged to you by your local customs authority are paid by you directly to your government, not to us, and cannot be refunded by us. These charges are your responsibility and are separate from the price of the watch.
